Age 53. Passed away on Saturday, July 2, 1983, at her home. She was born on January 26, 1930, in Burlington, to Edward and Emelia (Richter) Schlitz. She was a lifelong resident of Burlington, had attended St. Charles School was a 1948 graduate of BHS. She was married on October 5, 1957, at St. Charles Church to Richard F. Foltz who survives. She was a Housewife and for several years a Secretary at St. Charles School. She was a member of St. Charles Church. Surviving are her husband, Richard F.; daughter, Ann; son, Daniel, both at home; two brothers and four sisters-in-law, Wayne and Nancy Schlitz, Richard and Deborah Schlitz, Camille Schlitz, all of Burlington, Mrs. Bruce (Joyce) Thompson of Big Bend; mother-in-law, Gertrude Foltz of Burlington; an uncle, aunts, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. this (SUNDAY) evening (July 3) at St. Mary's Catholic Church; Burlington, with Rev. Raymond Andre officiating. Friends may can this evening from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the McCARTHY-KOENIG FUNERAL HOME, 101 E. State St., Burlington. Memorials to St. Charles School or the American Cancer Society have been suggested.
