Colleen R. Buckley, 67, of Omaha, NE, and formerly of Maurice, IA, died on Tuesday, March 10, 1998, at the Methodist Hospital in Omaha.
Services were held on Saturday morning, March 14, 1998, at St. Pius the Tenth in Omaha, with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery at Maurice. The John A. Gentleman Funeral Home of Omaha was in charge of arrangements.
Judge Buckley was born June 22, 1930, in Le Mars, IA, the daughter of Fred and Irma (Kccgan) Buckley. She retired from the Juvenile Court of Douglas County. Currently, she was employed at Boys Town.
Survivors include two brothers and their wives, Charles and Barbara of Maurice, and Dennis and Cathy of Omaha; two sisters and their husbands, Mary and Gene Dunbar of Omaha and Sheila and Bill Enders of Ponca, NE; a sister-in-law, Mary Jane Buckley of Spirit Lake, IA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Dan; a sister-in-law, Virginia Buckley; and a nephew.
