LOUIS UHLENHAKE

Former St. Henry resident Louis Uhlenhake died Sunday in Fremont, where he had resided with his children for the past 20 years. He was 94.

He was born Oct. 1, 1890, in St. Henry, the son of Henry and Elizabeth (Grevenkamp) Uhlenhake. On May 7, 1919 in St. Henry he married Elizabeth Kramer, who died Oct. 15, 1974.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Irvin (Mary Elizabeth) Gonya, Fremont; and Mrs. Paul (Bernadette) Hasenkamp, Delphos; a son, Carl, St. Henry; 16 grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and five step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one great-grandchild, three brothers and four sisters.

Mr. Uhlenhake was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Fremont and St. Henry Church.
