Marvin C. Richter, 37, 6201 W. 46th St., died Saturday at MeKennan Hospital.
He was born in Sibley, Iowa. He moved to Sioux Falls in 1962 from Emery, S.D. He married Laura Ravenberg Oct. 16, 1972 in Sioux Falls. He was employed at John Morrell and Co. as a meat cutter for the past five years.
Survivors include his wife: three daughters, Shelley, Christy, and Candace, all at home; his mother, Bernadette Richter, Emery; seven brothers, Vince, Sioux Falls, Harold, Kearney, Neb., Arnold, Missoula, Mont., Earl and Ralph, both of Omaha, Dale, Sacramento, Calif., Roger, Emery; a sister. Mary Ellen Richter, Omaha.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Christ the King Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 7 p.m. Monday at Barnett-Lewis Funeral Home. A prayer service will be 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
