Iver W. Trebon passed away with his family by his side.

He was born in Waterloo and was a graduate of East High, Iowa State Teachers College and CSU Northridge. His career consisted of being a Captain in the USMC and a distinguished aviator of the Korean Conflict; followed by a career as manager with Pacific Telesis.

His family was most important in his life. He was a beloved husband, father and gramps and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Pauline, sons and wives, Mark and Mary of Laguna Niguel, CA; Chris and Debbie of Temecula, CA; grandchildren, Nicole, Kristin, Douglas, Christian (CJ) and Matthew.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Evans Brown Sun City Chapel. Graveside services will follow at Riverside National Cemetery at 11:30. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Disabled American Veterans.
