SUDDEN DEATH OF CHARLES FERNALD

Charles Fernald, aged 26, a farmer living near New Munster, died Wednesday morning of infantile paralysis after an illness of only a few hours. He is survived by his wife. Funeral services were private. What makes Mr. Fernald's death particularly sad is the fact that a three months' old baby passed away only a week ago.
