Margaret Althoff, 83, 2616 Lincoln Road, died Wednesday (July 7, 1993) at her daughter's home in Taos, N.M.

The daughter of the late John and Agnes (Jazdzieski) Blank, she was born May 20, 1910, in Kenosha. She attended schools here and married Edward Althoff on Sept. 1, 1927, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Kenosha.

A homemaker, she was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas and its Altar Society. She was volunteered at Kenosha Hospital and Medical Center.

Survivors are a son, Ronald, Manitowish Waters; a daughter, Rita Stein, Taos; a brother, George Blank, Kenosha; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by her husband on July 4, 1984, five brothers and a sister.

The Bruch Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.


ALTHOFF-Funeral services for the late Margaret Althoff of 2616 Lincoln Rd. who passed away of July 7th, will be held on July 12th, with the celebration of Mass at 11:00 A.M. from St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Interment will be in St. George's Cemetery. Friends may call at St. Thomas Church on Monday morning from 9:00 A.M. until time of Mass. Bruch Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
