Mrs. Harry Lois, 62, Dies; Funeral Will Be March 1
Mrs. Harry Lois, 62, of 442 Edward St., Burlington, died Feb. 27 in a Milwaukee hospital after a short illness. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 1, at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Burlington. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery.
Mrs. Lois was born in Racine County on Jan, 31, 1898, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Richter. In New Munster on Feb. 18, 1919, she was married to Harry Lois, after which they lived on a farm in Kenosha County, moving to Burlington in 1944. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, Burlington, and the Christian Mothers' Society.
Survivors include her husband, Harry; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Busch and Miss Betty Lois; four brothers, Lawrence, Vin, Sylvester and Ed Richter; one sister, Mrs. Edward Schlitz; five grandchildren.
