Ursula M. Ketterhagen, 93, Brighton, died Wednesday (July 1, 1998) at Mt. Carmel Medical & Rehab Center.
Born Feb. 2, 1905, in Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Matt and Anna (Prieskorn) Weis.
She attended Brighton schools.
On April 29, 1925, in Brighton, she married Clarence Ketterhagen. He proceded her in death on Sept. 12, 1948.
She was a homemaker and helped run the family farm in Brighton. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and enjoyed needlework.
Surviving are three sons, Donald B. and Eugene C. of Salem and Clarence "Jay" of California; a daughter, Betty L. Epping of Salem; a sister, Catherine Krug; 14 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Hildegard Vos, and a brother, Leo Weis.

KETTERHAGEN - Funeral services for the late Ursula M. Ketterhagen, age 93, will be held on Saturday, July 4, 1998 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic, Brighton with Rev. James Volkert officiating. Friends may call Friday, July 3, 1998 from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home. Interment will be at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home is serving the Family.
