Jeffrey B Poepping, 16, Route 3, Box 520, Burlington (Town of Wheatland, Kenosha County), died Tuesday night at Burlington Memorial Hospital after an automobile accident in the Town of Wheatland.
He was born on July 24, 1963 in Burlington, the son of Gerald and Joyce (Warren) Poepping.
He was a graduate of St. Alphonsus School, New Munster, and a student at Salem Central High School.
He was a lifelong resident of the Burlington-New Munster area, and a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.
Surviving are his parents; a brother, Dennis, at home; four sisters. Mrs. Randy (Hilda) Jasperson, North Cape, Mrs. Mike (Mary) Nolan, Kansasville, and Teresa and Patty, both at home; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Loraine Warren, Burlington; and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Olivia Poepping, St. Cloud, Minn.
POEPPING-Funeral services for the late Jeffrey B. Poepping, Rt. 3, Box 520, Burlington, who died June 24, 1980 will be held on Sat., June 28th, 1980 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church in New Munster With Rev. Joseph Safiejko residing. Mr. Poepping will be instate Friday at the Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home after 4 p.m. on Friday. There will be a parish prayer Vigil Friday at 7:30 p.m.
