Rooker, Phyllis of Sun City, Az passed away on Friday, May 11, 2012. Phyllis was born in Marshall, Mn to Orion & Lora (Phillippe) Voss. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd A Rooker, 1 daughter, JoEllen (Forrest) Elam O'Fallon, Mo; 4 sons, Michael Crowley (Vivian Perez) Cerritos, Ca, Craig (Mary) Crowley O'Fallon, Mo, Terry (Deborah) Crowley, St. Louis Mo and John Crowley, St. Louis, Mo; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Orion Voss; mother, Lora (Philippe) Voss; sister Theo Felton; brothers Douglas, Norman, Melvin and Calvin Voss; son Donald J. Crowley, stepson Todd Rooker and grandaughter Rachel L. Crowley.
She has lived in Arizona for the past 28 years, moving here from St. Louis, Mo where she retired from Kroger. She was very active in her church organizations and volunteer work. She will be most dearly missed by family and many friends. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church with an internment in St. Louis, Mo at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to your favorite charity in her honor will be appreciated.
