Tillie Nienhaus

 

Mrs. Tillie Nienhaus, 87, Route 5, Burlington, died Saturday (Dec. 10, 1983) at Memorial Hospital, Burlington.

The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry (Anna Uhlenhake) Richter, she was born March 18, 1896 in Burlington.

She attended St. Mary Catholic School and was a lifelong resident of Burlington.

On Nov. 9, 1921 she married Henry J. Nienhaus in Burlington. He died on Sept. 9, 1980.

She was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church in Wilmot.

Surviving are a son, Leon, of Bassett; two daughters, Mrs. Stanley (Dorothy) Kerkman, New Munster, and Mrs. Jack (Betty) Frawley, Whitewater; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Eleanore Ketterhagen; and three brothers and two sisters.


NIENHAUS—Funeral services for the late Tillie Nienhaus, a resident of Rt. 5, Burlington, who passed away December 10th will be held at 11 A.M., Tuesday, December 13th at Holy Name Catholic Church, Wilmot. Interment in Holy Name Cemetery, Wilmot. Visitation at the Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 157 S. Pine Street, Burlington, Monday (Today) from 4 to 9 P.M. Parish prayer vigil this evening at 7:30 P.M.
