Alvin H. Robers, 74, 167 S. Pine St., Burlington, at Burlington Memorial Hospital Monday.
Born March 26, 1900 in Lyons, Wis., he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Anton Robers. He had been a Burlington resident since 1943.
On Oct. 2, 1924 he married Mary Kerkman. She died in 1959.
On Aug. 24, 1963 he married Elizabeth Lackas.
Mr. Robers is a retired carpenter contractor.
He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Burlingoton and the Holy Name Society.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Ignatius, Burlington; a daughter, Mrs. Harold (Imelda) Alby, Burlington; two step-sons, Charles Lackas, Twin Lakes, and Joseph Lackas, Iowa; five step-daughters, Mrs. Mary Ann Broneland, Iowa; Mrs. Catherine Carman, Walworth, Wis.; Mrs. Betty Kretschmer, Mrs. Diana Adamek and Mrs. Rita Redel, all of Burlington; six grandchildren; 24 step-grandchildren; seven step great-grand-children; four brothers, Theodore and Raymond, Elkhorn; Sylvester, Kenosha; and John, Racine; and three sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Loretta) Frey, Burlington; Mrs. Ray (Alma) Baumeister, Burlington; and Mrs. Edith Plesnik, Waterford.
ROBERS—Funeral services tor the late Alvin H. Robers, 167 So. Pine Street, Burlington, will be held Thursday, November 21st at 10 A.M. from St. Mary's Church, Burlington. Friends may call at the Schuette-Werth-Daniels Funeral Home, 157 So. Pine Street, Burlington, after 4 P.M. Wednesday, November 20th. Parish Prayer Vigil will be Wednesday evening at 7:30.
