She was a member of the Bloomfield Hills Women's Club; a life member of the Countryside Club; a founding family member of the Advent Episcopal Church, Bloomfield Hills. She is survived by one son, Alfred W. Alfs of Birmingham, Mich.; a daughter, Mrs. Nora Hertzfeld of Amherst, Mass.; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at the Manasota Memorial Park, Oneco, Fla., Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. Robarts Funeral Home, Sarasota, Fla., in charge of local arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Farren Memorial Hospital Montague, Mass.
