Proctor III, Gary W. Proctor, C. Elwin Proctor, James R. Proctor Sr., William D. Proctor and Mark D. Proctor; sister, Evelyn Baupel; brothers, Gene R. Proctor, Jerry A. Proctor, Joe Lee Proctor, J.B. Proctor and Tom E. Proctor; twenty-one grandchildren; five great grandchildren. Services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 4th at the Woodlawn Chapel of Roses with Rev. Horace Bass officiating. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Nephews will serve as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Employees of Tenn. Central Railway. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 1-5 and 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 4-9 p.m. Arrangements by WOODLAWN FUNERAL HOME, 383-4754
