Yesterday morning at 10:30 o'clock the last one of four children born to Jas. Smith and wife was carried into Sacred Heart church where the funeral ceremony was performed. This is a very sad thing to contemplate, the last one of a number of little ones born into a home to bless it is taken away. Scarcely a year ago the parents were called upon to give up a little babe. This one, with them four years, was taken, leaving only a little adopted child in their home. Pneumonia was the disease that caused the child's death. Only parents can sympathize with Mr. and Mrs. Smith in this sad time.

DIED - Tuesday night the three year old son of Mr. and Mr. J. H. Smith near Alvord died of congestion of the lungs. This is a very sad taking away for the parent. as the little one was the last and only child that remained to them out of a family of several children. A young daughter died only last summer. They surely are entitled to the sympathy of all in their deep affliction.
