Carol D. Robinson, 71, of Muscatine, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2008, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

Carol Friedman was born on April 26, 1937, in Independence, the daughter of Homer Charles and Henrietta Aleta (Daut) Friedman.
On April 26, 1959, she was united in marriage to Lloyd Lee Robinson in Muscatine.
She was employed in the security field working for Pinkerton in Rock Island, Ill., for two years, Muscatine Power and Water for three years and Per Mar for 15 years.
She loved horses, jigsaw puzzles, typing recipes and cooking.
Survivors include a sister, Sandra Isaacs, of Rock Island; two nephews one niece, three great-nephews, three great-nieces and a friend, Edith Wooten of Muscatine.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 10, Greenwood Cemetery.
