Lloyd Lee Robinson, 30, of Muscatine, died Sunday morning after the car he was driving was involved in a crash on Mississippi Drive.

Robinson, a resident of the European Hotel, was a truck driver. He was born July 30, 1935, at Iowa City, the son Evlon and Irma Smith Robinson. He had lived here about 25 years, and had served in the army.
Robinson was married April 26, 1959, in Muscatine, to Carol Friedman. He was a member of Mulford Evangelical Free church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving are the widow, Carol Robinson; two brothers, George O. Robinson in the U.S. Airforce in Japan, and William H. Robinson of Colorado; one step-brother, William Ivey of Muscatine; two step- sisters, Mrs. Roy (Leah) Anderson of Muscatine, and Mrs. Howard (Vera) Franklin of Wheeling, Ill.; and his step-mother, Mrs. Florence Robinson of Muscatine.
Services are pending at the George M. Wittich funeral home.
