Gary Joseph Clemens, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Clemens of Eyota, died early this morning at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester from a respiratory ailment. He had been hospitalized three days.

He was born Sept. 26, 1966, in Rochester.

Survivors include his parents; one brother, Mark; four sisters, Karen, Kay, Linda and Lori; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Clemens of Eyota, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Palmby of Rochester.

Funeral arrangements by the Sellner Funeral Home of St. Charles are incomplete.

EYOTA — Pallbearers have been named for Gary Joseph Clemens, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Clemens of Eyota, who died Friday at St. Marys Hospital at Rochester of a respiratory ailment. He was born Sept. 26, 1966 in Rochester.

They are: William Brost, Maynard Johnson, James Vrieze and Gerald Clemens.

A Mass of the Angels will be said at 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church of Eyota by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. A. B. Layne. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the Sellner Funeral Home of St. Charles after 1 p.m. Sunday. A rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. that day.
