Charles W. Rossmiller, 58, Route 2, Burlington, Burlington city hall custodian since 1959, died Monday at Burlington Memorial Hospital after an illness of one week.

He was born April 11, 1912, in Burlington, and spent his entire life here. He was married Sept. 17, 1949 at St. Charles Catholic, Church to the former Elida M. Schiebe. He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. from St. Charles Church, with the Rev. Paul Bertrand officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home at 481 Milwaukee Ave. after 4 p.m. today.

Surviving in addition to his widow are a sister, Mrs. Lucille Cooney, Burlington; two brothers, Loyal and Herbert Rossmiller, both of Brulington; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Theresa Rossmiller.
