Dies Thursday at Columbus Hospital
Funeral services for Eugene J. Knapke, 23, of St. Henry rural route l, will be held Monday at 9 a. m. in the St. Henry Catholic church. Father William Kramer will officiate and burial will be made in the church cemetery.
Knapke died Thursday at 11:45 a. m. at the University Hospital, Columbus. He was ill for two weeks before his death. The deceased was born April 23, 1931 at St. Henry the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Knapke He graduated from the St. Henry high school with the class of 1949. He had been attending office training school at Columbus.
Surviving with his parents are one brother Alfred and two sisters Mary Ann and Nellie.
Friends and relatives may call at the Romer Funeral Home after 7 p. m. Saturday.
