Mrs. Rose P. Kollefrath, 89, St. Louis, Mo., formerly of Loretto, Tenn., died Wednesday at Cori Manor Nursing Home after an extended illness.

She was the widow of Charles S. Kollefrath, a housewife and a member of the Catholic Church.

The service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Loretto, Tenn., with the Revs. John Baltz and Paul Hosteppler officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Loretto Memorial Chapel directing.

Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon.

Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Mildred Neuhoff, Mrs. Patricia McKinney, both of St. Louis, Josephine Alexander, Mrs. Martha Hosteppler, both of Nashville, Tenn.; sons, Thomas F. Kollefrath, Deland, Fla., Henry L. Kollefrath, Wichita, Kan., George W. Kollefrath, Albany, Ga., Charles A. Kollefrath, Birmingham; 20 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

Grandsons will serve as bearers.
