Mrs. Mildred "Tootie" P. Kerstiens was a native of Lawrence County, TN, ran a Kindergarten program in her home for many years, she also was an election poll official for over 50 years, and a life long member of Loretto Sacred Heart Church.

Survivors include: 1 Sister- Jeanie Kollefrath of Loretto, TN; 2 Sons- Michael Kerstiens & wife Nancy of Toledo, OH; Larry Kerstiens & wife Rita of Toledo, OH; Grandchildren- Tanya Rowe & husband Kevin; Brad Kerstiens & wife Holly; Mike Kerstiens;

Preceded in death by: Husband- Lawrence Kerstiens

Visitation- at Loretto Memorial Chapel with a prayer service.

Funeral Service- at Loretto Sacred Heart Church with Father Tomy & Deacon Sammy Beckman officiating.

Burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
