Aloysius Trebon

 

Aloysius Trebon born in Fairbank, Iowa, the third of seven children, born to Arthur and Gertrude Duffy Trebon, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, went to meet his God surrounded by family on May 15, 2004.

Al was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, one sister, one son and one grandson. One brother survives him. He is also survived by his wife of 56 years, Ann; four sons, Larry (Lynn) of Milwaukee, WI; Thomas (Angela) of Tucson; John of Flagstaff; and Craig of Tucson; four daughters, Mary (Kevin) Liebentritt of Tucson; Patricia (David) Hauser of Marshalltown, IA; Sandra Trebon of Lakewood, CO; and Theresa Trebon of Scottsdale. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.

Al was a founding member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. He was a Eucharistic minister at Manor Care Nursing Home for many years. Al was a business man all his life. After moving to Tucson in 1972 he owned mobile home sales lots. Al belonged to Power from the Past exhibiting his John Deere 1936 tractor at fairs and driving in parades. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grand-father, and will be missed greatly by his family.

A visitation will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Chapel on Tuesday, May 18, 2004, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. with Rosary at 8:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 19 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Entombment to follow at Holy Hope Mausoleum. Donations may be made to Beacon Group, P.O. Box 50544, Tucson, AZ 85703. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Dodge Chapel.
