Elsie M. Welsh, 71, died Wednesday, March 6, 2002, in Finley Hospital, Dubuque, after a short illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Guttenberg United Methodist Church. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Gutterberg.

Survivors include her husband, Leland; four daughters, Charlotte Travis of Wichita, Kan., Colleen Hansen of Waterloo, Carla Mueller of Guttenberg and Lalene Hansel of Elkader; three sons, Larry of Stout, Lenyn of Manchester and Lesley of Fort Knox, Ky.; and two sisters, Ethel Vodka of Wellman and Evelyn Green of Fayette.
