Donald Kotz, three-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Kotz, 2238 East Twelfth street, died at 1:15 a. m. today at Mercy hospital following a six weeks' illness. Death was caused by empyema and pneumonia.
Surviving are the parents; a brother, Norman Lee, the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Kotz, Preshow, S. D., and the maternal grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Garrison, Preshow, S. D. The child was born Dec. 16, 1931, in Preshow. The body was taken to the Horrigan home for funerals. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Funeral services for Donald Kotz three-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Kotz, 2238 East Twelfth street, will be held at 10 a. m. Friday at the Horrigan home for funerals. Burial will be in St. Marguerite's cemetery.
