Frances A. DeBoer, 91, died Saturday, Sept. 1st. at Avera McKennan Hospital. Frances was born July 17, 1910 in Dolton, SD to John and Mary (Wingert) Kotz. She attended school in Bridgewater.

She moved to California in 1956 and married Jake DeBoer in 1959. He died in 1968. She moved to Sioux Falls in 1997.

Frances is survived by 1 sister, Clara Schulz of Sioux Falls and nieces Connie Beumer of Sioux Falls, Deb Dvorak of Yankton, Lynn Anderson of Omaha. Neb., and many more nieces and nephews.

Mass of the Resurrection will be Tuesday, Sept. 4, 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Cathedral. Visitation begins at 4 p.m. Monday with a Scripture Vigil at 7 p.m. at Barnett-Lewis Funeral Home.
