Mr. Charles Beran died Saturday, April 24 in a Hospital at Silverton, Oregon from a heart attack.
His services were held at the United Methodist Church at Silverton, Oregon Monday, April 26.
Burial was in Grace Hill Cemetery at 1:30 Tuesday in Hawarden with Rev. G.S. Bruland officiating.
Charles Beran was born February 22, 1899 at Ohio. He married Evelyn Elbert on May 23, 1944. They made their home in Cleveland, Ohio where he was a manager of a commissary until he retired in 1961, at which time they moved to Silverton Oregon.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn, three brothers and seven sisters, all living in Cleveland. Accompanying the body were Mrs. Beran, Mr. A. J. Elbert, and Mrs. Stella Sullivan of Oregon.
