Robert B. Hoffner, 54, New Munster, died Wednesday unexpectedly in St. Petersberg, Fla.

He was born Jan. 19, 1922, in New Munster, to Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Hoffner.

He spent his early life and was educated in New Munster. He married Ruth Richter Oct. 21, 1972 at St. Alphonsis Catholic Church in New Munster.

He had worked as a State Farm insurance agent for many years.

He was a member of St. Alphonsis Catholic Church, its Holy Name Society and the Knights of Columbus.

Surviving is his wife; his father, Bernard, Twin Lakes; a sister, Mrs. Marion Rossmiller, Burlington; and a brother, Charles, Flagstaff, Ariz.

HOFNER-Funeral services for the late Robert B. Hofner who passed away February 11th at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Petersburg, Fla., will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, New Munster, interment church cemetery. Friends may call after 4 P.M. Friday at the McCarthy-Koenig Funeral Home, 473 Milwaukee Avenue, Burlington, WI., Rosary at 7:30 P.M. Friday.
