Services are pending for Mellie Mae Schemmer, who died Tuesday at Los Gatos Community Hospital after living only one month in Saratoga. She was 88.

Born July 29, 1889 in Bonne Terre, Mo., Mrs. Schemmer lived much of her adult life in San Bernadino. She leaves no survivors.

Services are pending at the Old Fellows Home, 14500 Fruitvale Ave., Saratoga, where she spent her final month.

Inurnment will be at Montcilo Memorial Park in San Bernadino, with local arrangements by Brunner's West Valley Chapel.

She married Clinton Schemmer in San Bernardino on 1 Apr 1965.
