Funeral services were held today (Wednesday) at the Assumption Catholic church for Lowell Scholbrock. The Rev. Leander H. Reicks officiated. Burial was at the Calvary cemetery with the Conway Funeral home making the arrangements.

Mr. Scholbrock, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clem Scholbrock of Lime Springs, was born Oct. 17, 1946, in Decorah. He attended Notre Dame high school and the Universal Trade school in Omaha. He served in the army from Feb. 1966 to Jan. 1968.

Scholbrock married the former Judy Gunhus Oct 19, 1968, in Cresco. He was employed by Donaldson Co., Inc., and farmed north of Cresco.

He is survived by his parents, his wife, three children, Brian, 3, and twins Stacy and Tracy, 2; two sisters, Mrs. Sy Zobeck of La Porte City and Mrs. Roger Svestka of Protivin; and two brothers, Orville of Charles City, and Wayne of Cresco.
