Saturday Feb 24, 2007 at home. George Mears age 83. Beloved husband of Lillian Price, for 53 years. Loving father of Stephen (Rita), Kathy (Carl Marquis), Peter (Laura), Alan (Chantal), and David (Dana). Cherished papa to 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Marty (Judy). Predeceased by his parents Napoleon and Laura nee Bergin, his infant son John Joseph and his sister Audrey Hickey. George will be forever remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 580 Eagleson Road Kanata Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Thursday to St. Philip Church, Richmond, Ontario, for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11 a.m. In Memoriam donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the St. Philip Church Renovation Fund are appreciated.
