Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11, at Honquest Family Funeral Services, North Mulford Chapels, 4205 N. Mulford Road, Rockford. The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery.

Born Oct. 10, 1954, in Watertown, S.D., the son of Willard and Lavina Richter Strohfus. Attended Belvidere High School. Married Becky Power in Belvidere in 1975. Married Marge Garski in Oct. 1991. Employed by EB Brown as a warehouse dispatcher.

Survivors include sons, Dale A. and Michael A. Strohfus; daughters, Michelle and Melissa Strohfus; sister, Elaine Strohfus; brothers, Ken (Ramona), LaVerne (Sandra), Jerry and Don Strohfus. Predeceased by parents and daughter, Lisa Strohfus.
