Lucille A. Lois, Age 87, of Burlington, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Aurora Burlington Memorial Hospital. She was born April 3, 1924 in Burlington to the late John and Clara (nee Richter) Tenhagen.

Lucille was a lifetime resident of Burlington and a graduate of St. Mary's High School. On September 8, 1945 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Burlington, Lucille was united in marriage to Andrew B. Lois. Together they made their home in Burlington. Andrew preceded Lucille in death on August 19, 2004.

Lucille was a homemaker, a 4H Leader, a member of the Farm Bureau as well as a member of the Kenosha County Homemakers. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and the choir and had been a previous member of the Christian Mothers. Lucille enjoyed quilting and sewing, crafting, her flower gardens, bowling, golfing, playing cards, and dancing, especially to Polka music. Most of all Lucille loved to spend time with her family.

Survivors include her loving children; Andrew J. (Debra) Lois, Gary (Mary Beth) Lois, Larry (Suzanne) Lois and LuAnn (Kevin) Giles, grandchildren; Kyle, Julie (Dan), Megan (Scott), Faith, Kasey, Clayton, Sarah and Ashley, great-grandsons; Chase, Currant and Griffin, brother, Ray (Gloria) Tenhagen, sister, Rosemary Roanhaus and by a brother-in-law, Don Schmidt. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sister, Katherine Schmidt, brother, Robert (Betty) Tenhagen and brother-in-law, Art Roanhaus.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 10:30 AM at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church with Rev. Tom Biersack officiating and Deacon Stan Lowe concelebrating. Burial will follow at St. Alphonsus Catholic Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home on Friday, December 16, 2011 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, with a 6PM Prayer Vigil.
