Mrs. Elizabeth Heiligenthal, aged 62, died at her home on Jefferson street after an illness of over two months. She passed away at about 8:30.
The deceased born on a farm south of this city, October 22, 1871. She was the daughter of Joseph and Mary Ann Arndt. Her girlhood was spent in the locality of her birth. She united in marriage to George Heiligenthal on May 4, 1890. For years following their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Heiligenthal lived on a farm south of this city, coming to Burlington to make their home about 30 years ago. They took up their residence in the house on Jefferson street in which Mrs. Heiligenthal passed away. Mr. Heiligenthal preceded his wife in death, departing this life six years ago.
Surviving Mrs. Heiligenthal are three children, Francis, of West Allis, William and Hilda of this city, and one granddaughter, Joan. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Nick Brick, Burlington, and Mrs. Henry Blomenhaus, Kenosha.
Funeral services will be held on Friday morning at 9 oclock from St. Mary's Catholic church. The Rev. Father Kersting, pastor of St. Mary's will officiate. Burial will be
in the family lot in St. Mary's cemetery.
