Ardell Lenz, 25, Dies of Short Illness

 

Ardell Norman Lenz, 25, died Monday at the Burlington Memorial Hospital following a short illness. He resided at Rt. 2, Salem.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lenz, he was born Apr. 18. 1933. Lenz received his education at St. Alphonsus in New Munster and St. Mary's High School in Burlington.

He was an employe of the P and G Hardware Co. in Kenosha, and was a member of St. Alphonsus Church, the Holy Name Society and the Young

People's Choir. He was also a member of the Kenosha Little Theater Players, the Kenosha Choral Society and SPEBSQSA, and was a former member and leader of the Wheatland 4-H group.

Lenz is survived by his parents, one brother, Robert, Wheatland; one sister, Mrs. Phil Roanhaus; and 6 nephews and nieces.


LENZ-Funeral services for the late Ardell Norman Lenz, of Route 2, Salem, will be held Thursday, July 31, at 9:30 a.m., from St. Alphonsus Church, New Munster. Rosary services Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. at the McCarthy-Rueter Funeral Home, Burlington. Friends may at the funeral home after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday.
