Mrs. Elizabeth Orth, 37, formerly of Waterloo, died of carcinoma Wednesday at Seattle, Wash., where she resided since 1955, according to word received by relatives.

She was born Elizabeth Schmidt Sept. 13, 1922, in Bennington Township, daughter of Ernest and Hilda Tribon Schmidt. She was married at Readlyn Feb. 14, 1942, to the Rev. Norman Orth, presently pastor of a Seattle Lutheran Church. From 1949 to 1955 the home was at Coquille, Ore.

Surviving are the husband, two sons, David and Robert, and a daughter, Susan. There are also the mother, Mrs. Hilda Schmidt, 221½ Cutler St., two brothers, Joseph of Los Angeles, Calif., and Arthur of Phoenix, Ariz., and two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Lokey, Salisbury, Md., and Mrs. Norma Nickaloff, Wapato, Wash. She was preceded in death by her father and one daughter.

Funeral services will be Monday morning at Seattle with burial there.
