Sr. M. Thaddea, 61, sister of Miss Millie Ellerbrock of Carroll, died at 6:30 a. m. yesterday in St. Catherine's hospital, Omaha. She was a member of the Servants of Mary Order.

Funeral services will be at 10 a. m. Saturday at the Mother House in Omaha. Burial will be in Omaha.

Miss Ellerbrock returned home last night from Omaha where she had gone week ago because of the illness of her sister, who was brought there from Detroit, Mich. Sr. M. Thaddea had undergone an operation last Thursday.

A daughter of the late F. and Anna Ellerbrock, Sr. M. Thaddea was born Laura Ellerbrock October 13, 1888, at Auburn.

She had graduated from Iowa State Teachers college, Cedar Falls„ and had taken a course at the City Commercial college, Des Moines, before entering the Servants of Mary order in May, 1923. She celebrated her silver Jubilee January 6.

Since entering the order, Sr. M. Thaddea bad taught at Omaha, Sioux City, Gilmore City, Salix and Detroit. She had been in Derroit since September 1.

Her surviving sisters and brothers are: Mrs. Josephine Portman (Maggie), Auburn; Sr. M. Edith (Josephine), New Orleans, La.; William J. Ellerbrock, Ottumwa; F. W. Ellerbrock, Iowa City; Mrs. Herb Herke (Christine), Fonda, Millie Ellerbrock, Carroll.

A brother, Charles, the oldest in the family of eight children, died in 1935.
