Herbert L. Linneman, 57, vice chairman of the West Pasco Hospital Board of Trustees, died late Monday of a heart attack.
Linneman, stricken at his office, died in the hospital's emergency room.
He was resident manager of Raymond James and Associates Inc., New Port Richey branch, and a former West Pasco Realtor.
A native of Milwaukee, Wis., Linneman moved to New Port Richey 14 years ago from Tampa.
He was a member and former Sunday school teacher at the First Baptist Church, a member of the Optimist Club board of directors; the German American Club; past president of the Greater New Port Richey Chamber of Commerce and past president of the West Pasco Board of Realtors and of the West Pasco Democratic Club.
Survivors include his Wife Alice S. Linneman, 636 Alice Lane; two sons, Walter A. Casson Jr. and Peck Casson of New Port Richey, four daughters: Mrs. Marilyn Keul, Port Washington, Wis.; Mrs. Roberta Slowey, Milwaukee; Mrs. Gail Foster. Tallahassee; Mrs. Judy Sanchez, New Port Richey; one sister, Romaine Hoye, Ocala and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church with The Rev. James Hamrick officiating.
Burial will be at Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family has asked for contributions to the Junior Deputy League Optimist Club, P.O. Box 397, New Port Richey, in lieu of flowers.
