Mrs. Gordon Willson, 82, formerly of 310 Isabella St., died Thursday afternoon at Leeds Nursing Home, 3251 Floyd Blvd., after a long illness.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Boniface Catholic Church. The Rev. Odoric Akwick will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery under direction of the Manning-O'Toole Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Dale, Ronald, Keith, Gary and Jeff Willson and Gary Grenier.
The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 o'clock tonight at the funeral home by parishioners and the Rosary Society.
The former Helen Olive Hellstern, Mrs. Willson was born Nov. 14, 1889 at Rock Valley, Iowa. She was married to Mr. Willson June 1, 1909, at Rock Valley.
Mrs. Willson had been a resident of Sioux City since 1935, and she was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and the Rosary Society.
Survivors include the widower; five sons, Leo of Phoenix, Ariz., and George, Dale, Donald and Jack, all of Sioux City; two daughters, Mrs. Carl (Helen) Regynski of Woonsocket, S.D., and Mrs. Lyle (Rose Mary) Grenier of Sioux City; four sisters, Mrs. Marv Kessler, Miss Alberta Hellstern and Mrs. Anne Murray, all of Sioux City, and Mrs. Margaret Aldrich of Hammond, Mont.; 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
