Pansey J. Kramer, 84, died at 5:10 p.m. Saturday at Parkview Memorial Hospital. Born in Missaukee County, Mich., she lived in Fort Wayne most of her life. Her husband, Carl, died in 1983.

Surviving are a son, James L. of Fort Wayne; a sister, Nondis Blay of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Ralph Young of Albion and Kenny Young of Columbia City; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, 1515 Barthold St. Calling from 1 to 4 and 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 Wells St., with vigil service at 6:30 p.m. Burial in Catholic Cemetery. Memorial to the church.
