Leonard J. Klosterman, 38, of R.R. 1, Celina, died Saturday afternoon at the Gibbons hospital after a brief illness due to pneumonia.
Mr. Klostertman was born at Chickasaw, July 25, 1903, son of Henry and Anna Wilker Klosterman. On August 24, 1927 he was united in marriage to Anna Kramer at St. Henry and to this union six children were born, LaVaun, Virgil, Roger, Janet, Leonard Jr. and Melvin.
The deceased was a member of the Church of the Immaculate Conception and died well fortified with the last Sacraments of the church of his faith.
Surviving with his widow and six children are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Klosterman and five brothers, Lawence, Walter, Wilson, LeRoy and Paul Klosterman, all of Guadeloupe.
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock at the church of the Immaculate Conception and burial was made in the Celina Catholic cemetery.
