LORETTO, TENN, NEWS
A birthday dinner was given Oct 23 in honor of the 73rd birthday of Mrs. Minnie Kluesner at the home of her son. Edwin Neidert. Mrs. Edwin Neidert acted as hostess to the group. Mrs. Kluesner's five children attended the dinner, the first time that the entire family had been together in approximately eight years. They, with their families, include: Mr. and Mrs. L.G. Neidert of Nashville. Mr. and Mrs. John P. Waltz of Lawrenceburg, Mr. and Mrs. Albere Neidert, Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Beckman, and the host and hostess.
Two of Mrs. Kluesner's sisters were present at the dinner: Mrs. Rose Kollefrath of Deland, Florida and Mrs. John Neidert, who was accompanied by her husband. Peggie, Royce, and Karen Neidert were the only grandchildren present. Mrs. Kluesner has 32 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In the afternoon, refreshments were served to approximately fifty guests who gathered to wish Mrs. Kluesner "many happy returns." The honoree was presented with4 many useful and beautiful gifts in honor of the occasion. Assisting Mrs. Neidert with the serving was her daughter, Mrs. Pat Stevens of Nashville. Mrs. Kluesner and Herbert Kluesner were supper guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Neidert on Sunday night.
