John A. (Pat) O'Connor, 77, of Loretto, died yesterday in Lawrence County Hospital at Lawrenceburg.

Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today at Osborn Funeral Home in Loretto. Requiem high mass will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

O'Connor was a communicant of the Catholic Church.

Survivors include his widow, Mts. Rose Wiggerman O'Connor; two sons, John P., and William O'Connor, three daughters, Mrs. Edward Neidert, Mrs. Earnest Kollefrath, and Mrs. Lawrence Kersteins, and a brother, Ralph O'Connor, all of Loretto; three sisters, Mrs. Leonard Augustin of Loretto, Mrs. Flora Strong of Chicago, and Mrs. Waymon Olive of Anderson, Ind.; 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
