Albert Joseph Neidert, 76, Loretto, Tenn., died Wednesday at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital after a short illness.
He was the former owner of Neidert Coffin Manufacturing in Loretto, a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church of Loretto, a fourth degree Knights of Columbus, and charter member of the Loretto Lions Club.
The prayer service will be at 8 p.m. tonight at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Sammy Beckman officiating.
Funeral mass will be Friday morning at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic church in Loretto with the Rev, Carl Fossnacht officiating. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Meyer Neidert, Loretto; daughters, Mrs. Clara Craig, Newport News, Va., Mrs. Ruth Kessler, Loretto, Mrs. Mildred Hartsfield, Columbia, Tenn., Mrs. Marie Fieldhouse, Nashville, Tenn., Mrs. Margaret Bledsoe, Duluth, Ga., Mrs. Karen Biester, Philadelphia, Pa., Miss Edith Neidert, Sacramento, Calif.; sons, Raymond Neidert, Athens, Ga., Carl Neidert, Florence, Malcolm Neidert, Royce Neidert, both of Loretto: sisters, Mrs. Teresa Beckman, Loretto, Mrs. Stella Waltz, Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; brother Edwin Neidert, Loretto; 29 grand-children; seven great-grandchildren.
