Frances Louise Meyer Neidert, age 98, of Loretto, Tenn., passed away Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at Crockett Hospital alter a brief illness She was a native of Lawrence County, Tenn., a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Loretto and a homemaker. A rosary service was at 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005, at Loretto Memorial Chapel. The funeral service was Monday, Feb. 28, 2005, at 10 a.m., with Father Matt and Deacon Sammy Beckman at Loretto Sacred Heart Church. Burial followed in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Loretto, Tenn.
The family received visitors from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005, at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
Survivors are seven daughters, Clara Craig and husband, Fred, of Loretto, Tenn., Mary Ruth Kessler, of Loretto, Tenn., Mildred Hartsfield and husband, Wayne, of Columbia, Tenn., Marie Feldhaus, of Nashville, Tenn., Margaret Bledsoe and husband, Dick, of Duluth, Ga., Edith Martin and husband, Ted, of Gold River, Calif., Karen Biester and husband, Lou, of Lansdowne, Pa.; four sons, Raymond Neidert and wife, Pat of Athens, Ga., Carl Neidert and wife Linda, of Florence. Ala., Malcolm Neidert and wife, Lorraine, of Loretto, Tenn., Royce Neidert and wife, Carol, of Loretto, Tenn.; 33 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Pete Meyer, of Nashville, Tenn., Charlie Meyer, of St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters, Elizabeth Fisher, of Birmingham, Ala.. and Catherine Rohling, of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by husband, Albert J. Neidert; two grandsons, Kerry Neidert and Shannon Kennedy and one great-granddaughter, Teresa Malarky.
