FLORENCE
Mrs. Mary Beatrice Stumpe, 72. Route 11, died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 1989, at Humana Hospital, Florence, after an extended illness.
She was born in Loretto, Tenn., and had lived in St. Florian for the past 48 years. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, the St. Michael Alta Society and the Dailey Rosary Society.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Florian, with Father David Morehouse O.S.B. officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Elkins Funeral Home, Florence, directing.
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today at the church. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today.
Survivors include her husband, Henry A. Stumpe, St. Florian; sons, Carl E. Stumpe, Louis A. Stumpe, both of St. Florian, John M. Stumpe, Florence; daughters, Mrs. Marilyn Trousdale, Florence, Jane Stumpe, Tuscumbla; brothers, Wilford Neidert and Clarence Neidert, both of Loretto, Tenn., Charles Neidert, Wichita, Kan.; sisters. Annie Reeves, Mary Eleanor Weathers, both of Loretto, Mrs. Agnes Smith, Rochester, N.Y., Mrs. Helen Peters, St. Florian five grandchildren.
Nephews will serve as bearers.
