Harry L. Rossmiller of 709 Second Ave., West Bend, died Friday, Feb. 24, at his residence, at the age 85.
He was born Nov. 6, 1898, in Waukesha. He married Irene Messerknecht in Milwaukee Nov. 5, 1927 and settled there. He was employed at the Wisconsin Gas Co., Milwaukee for 39 years, retiring in 1962.
He had been a resident of West Bend Since 1936.
Survivors include his wife; two sisters, Hazel Pieper of California and Angeline (Keith) Poole of Milwaukee; three brothers, Wallace (Ruth) Milwaukee, Harley (Alice) of Winneconne and Howard (Lorraine) of Rhinelander, and other relatives and friends.
Three brothers predeceased.
He was a member of the 25-Year-Club of the Wisconsin Gas Co.
Funeral services will be Tuesday (today) at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, West Bend. Pastor Kenneth Merckx and Pastor Victor Hackbarth will officiate, and burial will be in Washington County Memorial Park.
Visitation at church will be today from noon until time of services.
The Schmidt Funeral Home, West Bend, is serving the family.
