Services for Paul A. Nuebel, 86, of 10402 E. Big Rock Rd., who died at home at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Francis Catholic Church in Barclay Township. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Oppold Funeral Home by the Knights of Columbus and 8:30 p.m. Thursday by the parish.

Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday.

He was born Nov. 23, 1890, the son of Paul and Margaret Weber Nuebel in Waterloo. He married Elizabeth Koester Feb. 11, 1915, at St. Francis Church.

He farmed most of his life in the Dunkerton area and was a member of the Dunkerton School Board many years.

He is survived by his wife; three sons, Paul E. Nuebel and Robert Nuebel, both of Dunkerton, and Leonard J. Neubel of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Bloes, 358 Cornwall Ave., and Mrs. Bill Manning of Wayzata, Minn.; 22 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Francis Church building fund.
