J. E. Schoumaker passed away in his home Sunday at 1 o'clock after a lingering illness.

Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Trebon, of Fairbank, announce the marriage of their daughter, Maycie M. Trebon, to Mr. J. Emil Schumacher. The ceremony was pronounced, last evening at the home of the bride. Their home after October 1 will be in Dubuque. Both bride and groom are among the most worthy young people of the county, and that success may attend them through life is the wish of their many friends.
